Shipping & Returns

We deliver computers within the UK and Europe via Courier. Our charges are based on a sliding scale according to the weight and size of the goods you order and are calculated when you check out, before you finalise your order.

Your computer is only setup when you have placed an order with us and we work very hard to setup and deliver it within 7 working days.

We can deliver either to the billing address associated with your payment card or to an alternative address as specified in the delivery instructions you provide when you check out.

We hope your goods arrive in perfect condition. Please contact us immediately if this is not the case. We are unable to accept responsibility for any risk of loss or damage to the goods after they have been delivered to you.
